A series of drama based workshop scenarios illustrating
diversity issues that can be faced by appeal tribunal
panel members in the course of their work. Written and
designed in association with ‘The Equality Foundation’
the scenarios were designed to explore the behaviour
of appellants and panel members, and the strategies
that might be used to address such situations. |

Aimed at Post Office Counter staff ‘For your IOPs
Only’, shows some of the measures being taken to
help prevent forgeries and the fraudulent encashment of
girocheques and order books.
Each fraud initiative is seen from the perspective of
a fraudster. As each member of the fraud gang tries and
fails to by-pass the (then) newly introduced safety systems
they are liquidated by their increasingly desperate master
boss, Smersh. |
